For this project, I had to pick my favorite appetizer, main course, and dessert recipes that I would make for my last meal and then convert all the measurements of the necessary ingredients into metric measurements. This metric system is used throughout the science community and this project will help us better understand the measurements in this system as they relate to the measurement system that we commonly use in the United States.
